If you are experiencing dry and unproductive cough that worsens during colder days, do not ignore it as your body may already be telling you something.

Sleep apnea: Sleep apnea is a chronic condition characterized by pauses and/or shallow breathing during slumber. It is a random visitor and it is hard to tell if its presence indicates something. Shallow breathing is the result of constricting airways when prevent free flow of air.
